Browsing the shop

The storefront displays public eBay listing information, including card photos, titles, prices and listing links. Purchases take place on eBay. This website does not collect your payment details, shipping address or eBay password. eBay's privacy and purchase terms apply when you follow a listing link.

Owner workspace

The management area uses ChatGPT sign-in and is restricted to the configured store owner. Storefront preferences and private cloud drafts are stored in the hosted service. Uploaded intake photos remain private to the owner and the authorized store integration. Archiving a cloud draft preserves it so the owner can restore it. The existing local app's records are separate from hosted drafts.

eBay connection

Application credentials and seller authorization tokens are stored encrypted. The integration reads the connected seller account's inventory and selling activity for owner tools. Public catalog responses include only listing information intended for shoppers; private order summaries, account settings and store metrics are not part of the public catalog. Listing IDs, traffic counts and reporting dates may be cached encrypted for traffic refreshes. The owner views use summaries rather than buyer addresses or message bodies.

Account-deletion notifications

eBay account-deletion notifications are checked against eBay's signature. Matching stored seller credentials, account information and the traffic cache are removed. Notification payloads are not retained; an identifier digest, processing time and count of removed records are retained for up to 30 days, with cleanup on subsequent notifications. Owner-created drafts and storefront content are separate business records and are not automatically removed when an eBay connection is deleted.
